Renting an All-Star Van
To rent a van with us, you must be over 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. These requirements apply to both the main driver and any additional drivers you may want to include, up to two other drivers per rented van.
We accept various forms of payment and can accept payments either in advance or when you arrive to pick up your van. You can pay with cash, credit cards, debit cards, VISA checks, or traveler checks. Remember, however, that if you choose to pay with a check, you must ensure that the payment is cleared at least four days before your arrival and that it covers the entire booking cost. Credit and debit card payments can be made through our website or over the phone, while cash payments must be made in USD upon arrival.
If you need to cancel your reservations, please make sure you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $95 cancellation fee per reserved van.
