Held at the home depot on Feb 2, from 9am-12pm, you and your loved ones can paint, personalize and create a beautiful heart-shaped candy box to give to someone special this valentines day. The best part about this is, your children will even receive a certificate, a workshop apron, and a commemorative pin. Art with Heart

The Family Arts & Literacy Connection connects you with visual artist Stacie Green, who is going to teach everyone how to make quilled paper hearts. Valentine Mobile

This is a family event that also helps the environment. I Love A Clean San Diego holds a cleaning up adventure at Hourglass Community Park on Feb 9, at 10 am until 12 pm. During this time you can learn about different ways to protect and provide for your local environment. They prove the supplies, snacks, and waters, and you just bring your smiling faces. Coronado Valentine’s Day 10K, 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run

Oceanside Valentine’s Week

It wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day if there wasn’t some shopping needing to be done. Luckily Oceanside is holding a week-long shop-o-rama. You can shop for an array of Valentine’s Day gifts, enjoy sweet treats and entertainment.
