Requirements & Payment Options
To rent a van from us, you must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. Both the primary driver and any additional drivers you wish to include (up to two per van) must meet these requirements.
We accept a variety of payment methods and can take payment either in advance or when you arrive to pick up your van. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and traveler and VISA checks. If you choose to pay by check, please ensure that the payment clears at least four days before your arrival and covers the total cost of the booking. Credit and debit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Cash payments must be made in USD upon arrival.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a $95 cancellation fee per reserved van.
